While we do our best to communicate, there are sometimes unique situations or circumstances that are not foreseen and we reserve the right to assess those situations as they happen. What is Pumpkin Squad?
We are a concierge pumpkin delivery and design service. That’s the fancy way of saying we bring the pumpkins to you and stack/design them around your entryway so you can acheive peak fall vibes with minimal effort!
How does delivery work?
Once orders open for the season and you’re placing your order, you’ll be able to select a delivery window. These are typically windows of a week, so you’ll pick which week you’d like your pumpkins delivered.
Delivery can be any day/time within that week. We try our best to give a heads up when we’re coming, but things move quickly. Please make sure we have all the necessary information to complete your delivery (gate codes, access instructions) on the first attempt.
If for any reason we’re unable, there will be a charge for gas/time to come back out to your location.
Do I need to be home for my delivery?
Not at all! Our goal is to make this as easy and seamless as possible.
HOWEVER, if there are entrance requirements to your location, please make sure any gate codes or instructions are in the notes. If we cannot access and deliver once we arrive, there can be an additional charge to come back out.
When can I order?
Our schedule changes slightly year-to-year, but in general ordering opens mid-August. The best way to stay up to date is to check our homepage, we will have the schedule posted there first!
Can I make requests for my design?
Absolutely! Our goal is to make everyone happy and make your porch sing. If you want pumpkins in a certain area or have any special requests, just put them in the notes section upon checkout.
Do you offer custom packages?
Yes, custom projects are always a fun time! Please reach out via the Contact Us page to discuss your vision.
What is the No Squirrel Guarantee?
Pumpkins are beautiful, but sometimes they make a good snack for the neighborhood squirrels and critters.
When building your package you can add on our Squirrel Away. This gives your pumpkins a natural, eco-friendly coating that makes your display not so tasty.
If added to your package, this guarantees no midnight snacks will be made of your pumpkins or we’ll replace the eaten ones free of charge!
Can I cancel/get a refund after I order?
Unfortunately we are unable to offer cancellations or refunds after an order has been placed. There are a lot of moving parts and we are a small local business operating within a fixed season with limited time.
You’re more than welcome to transfer your package to someone else if you wish to gift or re-sell it. Just reach out to us so we can update our delivery!
What does Pickup & Disposal include?
At the end of the season we will come and pickup all your pumpkins, gourds, and any hay bales. We donate them to local farms as a special treat for the pigs and horses!
We do our best to leave it as we found it, but there may be a few strands of hay or small debris left behind. A quick sweep with the broom might be required.
